SBY Agrees On Capital Injection Worth IDR308.57 Billion For Ferry Indonesia

JAKARTA – PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry (Persero) obtains additional capital investment totaling IDR308.57 billion.

President Susilo Bambang Yudhoyono currently confirmed the removal of State Property (BMN) at the Ministry of Communications which financed from Revenues and State Budget.

As showed in Indonesia Cabinet Secretariat website on Monday (03/03/2014), the President has signed the Regulation No.6/2014 that regulates the state property transfer to Ministry of Transportation from PT ASDP Ferry Indonesia. The regulation has been signed on 02/12/2014.

Referring to Article 2 Government Regulation No. 6/2014, the country’s capital to increase the participation of PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry reached IDR308.57 billion.

The state property transfer which is categorized as capital placement includes:

1. Motor Boat or Ferry (KMP) Lome, in the State Budget in 2008, 2010, and 2011 worth Rp28.33 billion;

2. KMP Sembilang, in 2008, 2010, and 2011, with a value of Rp28.29 billion;

3. KMP Tarusi, in 2010 and 2011 with the value of IDR28.35 billion;

4. KMP Siginjai, in the state budget 2010 and 201, valuing IDR26.69 billion ;

5. KMP Napan, in State Budget 2008, 2010, and 2011, with a value of IDR28.14 billion;

6 . KMP Masirei, in the State Budget for 2008 and 2009, with a value of IDR28.11 billion;

7. KMP Maming, the state budget in 2009 and 2010, with a value of Rp27.38 billion;

8. Ferry Port V phase I and phase I (extension), in the State Budget 2009, with the value of IDR20.54 billion;

9 . Bakauheni Ferry Port V phase I and phase II and phase II (extension), the state budget in 2009 and 2010 , totaling IDR48.03 billion;

10. Batulicin Ferry Port II Phase I -IV , in the state budget of 2005, 2006, 2007, 2008, 2009, and 2010, with the value of Rp34.31 billion;

11 . Padang Bai Ferry Port II Phase V, in the state budget of 2010, with the value of Rp3.44 billion;

12. Three units of mooring dolphin and two units of breasting dolphins at Pototani Port I, West Nusa Tenggara, in the state budget 2011, with total value of IDR6.90 billion.
