Personnel of IMSCB Joined the JCLEC Program

The 2nd Program of ‘’Investigation Skills Training for People Smuggling Investigator’’ was conducted on Monday, 10/02/2014 located at the Auditorium Hall 4th Builing of Jakarta Center For Law Through Shared Experience (JCLEC) Semarang, Central Java. Thus, it was led by Police Brigadier General Soepartiwi as the Executive Director of JCLEC. Obviously, it was started on 10 until 22 February 2014.

Moreover, the participants of the training were coming from several countries such as Indonesia, Cambodia, Ghana, Malaysia, Thailand, Sri Lanka, India, and the educators who came from England, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, and Indonesia. Thus, Indonesia was represented by Indonesian Maritime Security Coordinating Board (IMSCB), Immigration, and The National Police. Then, Maritime Second Lieutenant Nara Nazimuddin and Octavianus Yuda S were appointed to be the representative of IMSCB.

The purpose of the training was to give the participants about the knowledge about the Identification and prevention of people smuggling. However, the participants were not only learning about the theory but also practicing based on the material taken from the Information sharing from all the delegation who attended the program.
