PELINDO III Optimists To Meet Revenue & Profit Target
SURABAYA: PT Pelindo III stated its confidence to realize the business performance in 2012, both in revenue which around IDR3.7 billion and net profit of IDR910 billion, following the performance achievement progress during January-May 2012 which exceeded 100% of target benchmark.
The revenue and profit target were estimated to increase in the range of 10% – 15% from the achievement in 2011 which earned IDR3.5 trillion revenue and IDR781 billion net profits.
PT Pelindo III President Director Djarwo Surjanto insisted the company is focusing to realize the corporate performance achievement in accordance with the target being set.
“Pelindo III performance progress is quite positive, profit during the first month of 2012 [January to May] were encouraging as it has met the target. Hopefully this year’s target of IDR910 billion could be achieved, even exceeded,” Djarwo told Bisnis, Monday (7/02/2012).
Djarwo said in 2012 Pelindo III management has stated its commitment that the company’s net profit could rise at around 16% compared to the previous year.
Djarwo continued the company set the revenue target to IDR3.7 trillion, up about 10% from 2011 revenue achievement of IDR3.5 trillion. (T07/TW)
