    Reported Bomb Attacks Stall Iraq-Turkey Oil Pipeline

      Update: The flow of crude oil through a pipeline running from Iraq’s Kirkuk oil fields to the Mediterranean port of Ceyhan in Turkey will resume on Wednesday night, a senior Turkish official told Reuters.
