Pelindo III Bima Branch Books IDR82.48 Million Operating Income
JAKARTA—PT Pelabuhan Indonesia III in Bima, West Nusa Tenggara, booked operating income as much as IDR82,481,000 in 2012.
The Company’s Head of PR, Edi Prayitno explained in 2012 the Company achieved five business targets.
“Thanks to all staffs and employees that have been work really hard, and in 2012 it’s the first time in Company’s history that we book IDR82,481,000 operating income,” he said, Wednesday (2/13).
Edi said in 2012 there was an increasing in load and unloading cargo through Bima port for commodities such as cement, fertilizer and seaweed.
Edi added there was an increase in unloaded cargo in Badas-Sumbawa port for marine fuel oil (MFO) and coal.
Ship transportation in Bima last year reached 1,414 units and passengers reached 66,385 people.
He also explained there were increase in general cargo ships in Bima.
He added daily ticket also increase especially in line with increasing goods transportation, passenger and trucks
